Take on your own 5k or 10k distance and we'll send you everything you need to help you plan and complete your route.
So get your trainers on and go the distance to transform the future for everyone with ovarian cancer.
How to join Team Target
Sign up on your own or with friends and family. It's free to register, but we encourage all adults to set a fundraising target of £100.
Complete your own challenge and you'll receive a t-shirt, medal and certificate – as if you’d joined us on the day.

Signing up
- Can I sign up offline?

Yes, you can sign up over the phone by calling 020 7923 5474, or you can email us at [email protected] and we'll send you a paper form.
- When will I receive my pack and t-shirt?

Your pack will be sent to you as soon as possible. Please register at least two weeks before your challenge date to receive your pack in time.
- I’ve made a mistake on my entry form, can I change it?

Fundraising
- Why is there a target sponsorship amount?

We rely on voluntary donations and sponsorship raised from events to continue our work. The Ovarian Cancer Walk|Run is our largest fundraising event and as well as raising awareness, it's responsible for raising a substantial amount of the income we invest into beating ovarian cancer. We must do much more than just cover the cost of the event and we rely on all of our participants to raise the minimum pledge as well as those who exceed it.
If you’d like some tips on how to raise £100, our fundraising team would be more than happy to help with this.
- How do I set up my donation page?

You'll have the option of setting up a donation page as part of the online registration process. This donation page works with our online systems, so we ask that you use it instead of other sites like JustGiving. You'll receive clear instructions on how to set it up, both during and after the registration process, and our staff are on hand to give you any help you need.
- Can I use sponsorship forms instead of a donation page?

- I've raised money offline, how do I pay in my sponsorship?

You can pay in your sponsorship online, by phone on 020 7923 5474, or you can send us a cheque made payable to ‘Target Ovarian Cancer’ to Target Ovarian Cancer, 30 Angel Gate, City Road, London EC1V 2PT. Please write your name and ‘Ovarian Cancer Walk|Run’ at the back of each cheque.
