Yeleni Therapy and Support help anyone living with and beyond any cancer at any age and stage from diagnosis to post treatment, in Herefordshire and the surrounding counties. They also have sessions that are particularly suited to carers and offer a relaxed, warm, welcoming haven, with a lovely healthy energy.
They offer:
- a free programme of complementary therapies from acupuncture to yoga
- self-help groups, health and wellbeing workshops including meditation, crochet, seated yoga, Alexander Technique and Reiki
- a cup of tea and a chat at any time
- ongoing support for you, your family and carers too
They also offer a Gynae cancer Support Group on the second Thursday of every month at the Yeleni centre from 10.30am-12.30pm. Yeleni Therapy and Support have achieved the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service (2016) and The Macmillan Quality Environment Mark (2018 - one of only 2 organisations in Herefordshire).
