Peer Support Groups are welcoming monthly sessions for people with a diagnosis of ovarian cancer to come together, share experiences, listen, and support one another.
These groups are designed to offer a consistent, safe and understanding space where you can build meaningful connections with others who understand what you're going through.
There’s no pressure to speak, no expectations to share anything personal - just the opportunity to be part of a supportive community.
Each group is set up and managed by Target Ovarian Cancer’s Project Lead and facilitated by trained volunteers who have lived experience of ovarian cancer. Volunteers receive tailored training and ongoing support.
