Cost: free

Through breathing exercises and gentle exercise, our specialist cancer yoga instructor, Claire, will guide you safely through our relaxation session. These sessions can:

  • help you to relax
  • boost wellbeing
  • help you cope with stress and anxiety

These sessions are specially tailored to women with ovarian cancer and are suitable for complete beginners. You can do this session seated or standing, whatever feels right for you.
