About the experts
Charlie Gourley is an oncologist and researcher working in Edinburgh who has led several successful clinical trials into ovarian cancer treatment.
Valerie Lang has 30 years of experience working in women's health, most recently as a gynae-oncology clinical nurse specialist (CNS) and now as a specialist nurse adviser on Target Ovarian Cancer's support line.
